What is included in the DRYEYEKIT - Cleanse with Foam and how do I use it?
There are three steps in the DRYEYEKIT – Cleanse with Foam:
WIPE + DROP + DROP
Each step targets a different contributor to dry eye symptoms. When combined, these 3 steps form a complete treatment routine that relieves discomfort and supports long-term eye health, letting you get on with your day without constantly noticing your eyes.
These steps are independent of each other and do not need to be done in a strict order.
WIPE:
Blephadex Pro Cleanse Eyelid Foam Cleanser
Blephadex Pro Cleanse Foam is a gentle, clinically supported eyelid cleanser designed to remove excess oils, debris, and crusty build-up along the eyelid margins.
Formulated with Dead Sea Salt and Manuka Honey, the foam gently cleanses and soothes sensitive eyelid skin while supporting healthier oil flow from the Meibomian glands into the tear film.
While showering or at the bathroom sink and with clean hands, dispense a small amount of foam (approximately the size of a 20 cent coin) onto the tips of the index and middle fingers of one hand. With the other hand, gently hold open the lower eyelid of one eye and massage the foam along the edge of the eyelid where the eyelashes grow using gentle side-to-side strokes. Then gently rub the foam along the upper eyelid.
Close the eye and wipe away excess foam, using it to massage the eyelids of the other eye in the same way. Close both eyes and rinse away the remaining foam with tepid water. Pat dry gently with a clean towel.
After use, your eyes should feel clean, soothed and refreshed, ready to add the Optimel Manuka Honey Dry Eye Drops
DROP:
Optimel Manuka Honey Dry Eye Drops: help control bacterial growth on the eyelids and ocular surface.
Apply the Optimel Drops into each eye three times per day — morning, around lunchtime and before bed. Depending on your routine, the drops can be used when you wake up or after washing your face.
If used together with the Blephadex Pro Cleanse Eyelid Wipes, always cleanse the eyelid margins first, then apply the Optimel Drops afterwards.
DROP:
Hylo Forte Drops: a preservative-free lubricant eye drop designed to provide long-lasting hydration throughout the day.
Apply one drop of Hylo Forte to each eye whenever your eyes feel dry. These drops can also be used during the night if dryness or discomfort occurs.
Because Hylo Forte is preservative free, it can be used multiple times throughout the day without negative side effects.
Allow approximately 30 minutes after applying the Optimel Manuka Honey Dry Eye Drops before adding the Hylo Forte Drops.
How does the DRYEYEKIT - Cleanse help my dry eyes?
