Refund policy

RETURNS

We offer a 30 day returns policy. This means you may request a return for exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of invoice. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition and original packaging that you received it. 

Non-returnable items include: Gift cards, Sale items,

Requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis and if a return is approved we will email you to advise the return process. Please do not return items without approval and do not return items to the original manufacturer.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to advise that we have received your returned item and whether a refund has been approved or rejected. 
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a few days for a refund to appear in your account.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product please immediatley email an image of the item and packaging to support@dryeyekit.com.au and we will advise instructions on organising the exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
